- use these templates to Scrap for Hire - however you must provide your customer with a flattened JPEG file. It is not ok to pass on as a layered template.
- Submit your pages to online galleries or other publications
You may not :
- Claim these templates as your own work.
- Resell, redistribute or share these templates in any way.
- Do not use these templates for obscene, immoral or defamatory works or for any other purpose that is prohibited by law.
- Use these templates (free or paid) in any online collections, CD ROM's, sold or distributed in any way including sharing via e-mail, groups, newsgroups, chats, free downloads etc.
{COMMERCIAL USE}
- The Commercial Use License for Scrapbooking Templates is intended for the creation of products such as quick pages, stacked paper backgrounds, cluster frames, border clusters etc.
- You may use these templates to create Quick Pages, Stacked Paper Background Paper Designs, cluster frames, border clusters etc with your own Kits. These derivative products created with the aid of the templates can be included in your digital kits for free or for sale, sold as a standalone product, given away as freebies or offered as a free with purchase product.
- You may not use any layers of the template for any other type of design work other than products suggested above and you may not include any parts of my template layers in templates of your own. Your final derivative product/s created with the aid of the templates must be sold in PNG or flattened JPG format. You may not offer any type of layered product.
- No template elements, shape layers etc are to be taken from these templates and used in the creation of individual elements for your kits. This is strictly prohibited. You are only permitted to create a 'clustered' type product, quick page or flattened paper from these templates.
- All derivative product/s created with the aid of the templates are to be sold for Personal Use or S4H/S4O, you are not permitted to create other products for Commercial Use from these templates.
- Credit is appreciated but not required.
Credit Requirements
I appreciate credit at all times and would love you to credit me when posting to online galleries and forums. However, it is only required when submitting to magazines and contests. Please include "[Product Name] by Little Green Frog Designs" when crediting.
